I’m with you. I love texting someone and having my wife ask who I’m texting and being able to reply that it’s the friend sitting across from me at the table.
My dad once texted me so I’d get up from the couch, so he could take my place.

That was so funny. I’m glad to discover I’m not the only one who does stuff like this. My friend and I text jokes to each other while at work, within the same office. My two brothers and I text each other when we’re all at home, usually from our respective bedrooms. Sometimes it’s too much effort to get up, you know?
