My poor little portable heat units like to sleep by my feet at night and get kicked a lot when I roll over.

My cats usually do, except when they decide that the heater is currently producing more heat than my lap.
I actually knew what portable heat units were! I nicknamed a cat Sunspot once because he could only be bothered to stop napping when it was time to follow the sun to the next window.
I try this with my cats, but they enjoy biting my toes when I sleep. Sigh…
One of my 65lb portable heat unit like to park himself on my legs every night. He keeps me toasty warm, but has to be shoved off every now and again, so I can roll over. The other two heaters don’t get on the bed, thankfully. ;p
