Computer Addiction

Sometimes I don’t know if I’m addicted to computers or if they are just easier to procrastinate on, but I have a really hard time doing work with real life things.

I actually downloaded an app to limit my computer time. Then, after feeling desperate, I realised that pressing ‘escape’ quit the app. So much for that $5.49.

Freedom software is 10 bucks and it does the same thing. The only way to get around it is to restart your computer. It’s great. I use it to stay focused when I’m writing. I love it.

Happens to me a lot… it’s really problematic when the work I need to do needs to be done on the computer.

Definitely easier to procrastinate on a computer, which is why we love it ^^ I know that the reason I whine when the internet connection is down is not because my work can’t happen without the internet, its because I can’t do my work unless I take a break every 10 minutes to check Facebook, tweet and read various blogs >.<
